Very impressed with studio suite. Location not far from Puncak. Also, in the middle of jackson.

Enjoyed our 2 nights here. Location: the hotel was right by Puncak. It also was in the middle of jackson. The room was a nice size and had climate control, a flat-screen TV and a mini fridge bar. The restaurant served a lot of meals for breakfast. The service was exceptional as we had expected. Plus, free Wi-Fi throughout the property was really handy.

Spent our Christmas at this hotel and it was a delightful experience. The breathtaking view from the room and the swimming pool was an absolute winner. One of the best aspects of this place was its fantastic location, with easy access to local attractions and amenities. Plus, the rooms were clean and well-maintained throughout our stay.

The noise insulation in the rooms was not great, as we could hear people walking and talking in the hallway. the hotel was undergoing construction work during our stay, which made for a noisy and unpleasant environment.

The infinity pool was a highlight, offering a truly incredible experience. The food was delicious and the service was fast. The only drawback was the subpar noise insulation in the rooms. We were able to hear people walking and talking in the hallway at night, and during events, we could faintly hear music from the ballroom.
